1.5 oz. John Barr Whisky

1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

0.5 oz. Lime Juice

0.5 oz. Prickly Pear Purée

0.25 oz. Creme de Banana

0.25 oz. Honey

Habanero salt rim

Flame rosemary garnish

• Pour 1 1/2oz John Barr Whisky, 1/2oz lime juice, 1oz grapefruit juice, 1/2oz Prickly Pear puree, 1/4oz honey, and 1/4oz Crème de Banana into cocktail shaker

• Shake well

• Rim cocktail glass with Habanero Salt

• Strain liquid into cocktail glass over ice

• Garnish with flaming rosemary (optional)

• Serve and enjoy!
